The Company:

An established Advertising Agency, with an existing blue chip client base, is seeking a Media Director/Managing Director to aid the CEO in creating a new Media buying and planning division.


Job Description:

As a Media/Managing Director, you will be accountable for the following:

- Obtaining and negotiating the best possible media prices for the Agency's clients
- Building good relations in order to obtain best position, practice and promotions
- Work with the Managing Director of the Agency in order to win new business
- Responsible for the profitability of the new company

Skills:

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:


- Hold a Degree in a Marketing/ Media/Communication or a similar discipline
- Have significant experience in a network media planning and buying agency, and will have planned and bought media for blue chip clients throughout the GCC region
- Must have good relationships with all the relevant media owners
- Should be seeking a new challenge and aspire to become part owner of the new Media Agency
- Must be respected and trusted by their peers
