SUMMARY:
Develops integrated project plans and implementation schedules, for internal and external projects. An essential part of the project manager's job is to motivate people and co-ordinate different resources
Primary Responsibilities: (List in order importance and list amount of time spent to task):
•Responsible of coordination and completion of the projects.
•Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects.
•Responsible for co-ordination between departments.
•Follow up the implementation different projects' plans.
•Maintain documentation, progress notes and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of different projects.
•Participate in case presentations, consultations, and supervision.
•Monitor performance and ensure agreed targets are achieved.
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
•Assist in identifying sources of external funding
•Preparing studies for joint- ventures, memberships, affiliations, and turn-key projects and assembling AECOC products abroad
•Preparing necessary studies requested for obtaining international licenses
•Follow up contacts with different Partners for Development.
•Ensure the issuing of full documentation of the new projects
•Receiving the customer complains
•Participate in the project execution plan.
•Follow-up project progress and assist in facilitations if needed.

Requirements
Requirements
Formal Education or Equivalent:
•University degree
•Advanced qualification in management and business development
•Attended specialized programs or courses in general management, and leadership
•Postgraduate studies in Business Administration, MBA will be highly appreciated
Related Work Experience:
•At least 3-5 years working experience in the business field
•Previous experience in reputable instructions in that major.
•Experience with business planning, analysis of financial reports and quality management system is a must.
