Duties:
1.Administrate and maintenance Active Directory such as setting new active directory, creating sites and subnets, creating Organization units and assigning right permissions, creating users, creating roaming and local profiles, setting up permissions, creating Group Policies, creating templates, etc.
2.Designed, implemented and supported wide network consisting Cisco routers, switches and Symantec firewalls.
3.Setup and maintenance network printers.
4.Setup and maintain Routing and Remote Access servers, Internet Information Servers and Internet Security and Acceleration servers.
5.Administrate and maintenance Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange Server.
6.Create and restore Windows XP and 2000 RIS images and Ghost images as a method to reduce setup and rebuilt time.
7.Troubleshot all TCP/IP, WAN and network connectivity issues.
8.Prepare and maintain documentation of network configuration. (IP addresses, patch panel and cable labels, service list, servers and desktops asset list, licensing).
9.Troubleshot printer, logon, TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, and other network problems.
10.Attend client specific problem related to network, hardware and software breakdown.
11.Set up new networks from cabling to configuring server and workstations
12.Troubleshoot and maintenance the all kind of computer peripherals.
13.Provide basic training on network and system operation to the customers

•Operating Systems:
Cisco IOS 12.0, Windows 9x, NT 4.0 Workstation and Server, Windows 2000 Professional and Server, Windows 2003 Server and XP Professional.
•Network Topologies/Protocols:
Fast Ethernet, Giganet, TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IP Sec VPN, HSRP, SMTP, DHCP, DNS, PPTP, L2TP, OSI layers, 802.11 wireless, MLS and MPLS.
•Hardware:
Cisco 26000/3600/7200 Routers and 2950/3550/4550 Switches. Dell, Compaq, HP and IBM Desktops, Laptops and Servers. Intel, Asus and Micron motherboard upgrades and configurations. RAID and cluster storage array controllers. DSL/Leased Line/Cable/Dialup/Satellite modems and connectivity issues. Wireless Access Points. Printers and Print servers.
•Software:
Cisco IOS 12.x, Installation and Configuration of Internet Information Server, Microsoft ISA 2000/2004, Exchange Server 2000, different Proxy servers, SQL Server 7.0 and 2000, MacAfee and Norton corporate antivirus and firewall suites. System Utilities like Symantec Ghost, Partition Magic and Norton Disk Doctor. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office XP/2003 and Visio 2003. Designing and developing small range applications in Visual Basic 6.0 and Access.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; at least 4 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
