Leading Middle East investment fund based in Jeddah are looking to recruit a Training co-ordinator to join their growing HR team. Due to continued expansion the need for a dedicate resource to focus on personal development has arisen, with the position focused of needs identification, performance appraisal's and personal development. You will also be responsible liaising with outsource training providers to co-ordinate training courses and monitor results and effectiveness.

Requirements
Requirements
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role, with experience of co-ordinating large scale training programmes, conducting reviews and performance appraisals with senior employee's. You must be degree educated with strong written and verbal Arabic and English.
The role will be paying between 15,000 and 18,000 SAR.
