Leading gulf investment fund headquartered in Jeddah are currently looking for a HR generalist to help facilitate the continued growth of the business and ensure the business is capable of meeting strategic goals. You will be responsible for recruitment, talent management, employee relations and performance management of the financial staff, ensuring they continue to develop and improve their ability to generate profit for the business.

Requirements
Requirements
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a HR generalist, with a proven track record in recruitment and staff retention, development and performance management. Experience in the financial sector will be a bonus but not essential. You must be fluent in both Arabic and English and demonstrate a pro-active approach to your work.
The position is paying between 20,000 -- 23,000 SAR.
