Employment: Full Time

This major real estate and hospitality developer in Abu Dhabi are looking for a development analyst to complement their team. The potential candidate should have experience running feasibility reports, and financial models within the real estate / hospitality sector. You may come from a consultancy within the industry, and be ready for a move into development, where your career will quickly flourish in the current climate! his is an excellent company, with a fantastic portfolio of hotel projects, spread throughout the GCC and with plans to go International. This could be a fantastic jump start into a long term hospitality development career!

Requirements

- University degree or equivalent level qualification in Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics or Business;
- 3-5 years relevant experience in the real-estate / hospitality finance sector;
- Excellent financial modeling skills;
- Strong international exposure;
- Fluent in English plus at least one other language.
- Analytical skills;
- Negotiating responsively;
- Adapting to new situations;
-A "can-do" attitude is required.
