Manager - Corporate Finance
Basic from US$150,000 +benefits + bonus
The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Corporate Finance in providing professional Corporate Finance services to the Company's clients such as Private Placements, IPO's, Debt/Equity Sourcing, Mergers & Acquisitions etc.
Prepare marketing presentations and proposals for prospective clients on the Company Corporate Finance services and solutions.
Identifies, evaluates and closes business assignments centered on Private Placements, IPO's, Debt/Equity Sourcing, Mergers & Acquisitions and other assignments within the scope of services offered by the Corporate Finance Department.
Generates deal ideas, managing Corporate Finance assignments including preparation of information memoranda, controlling due diligence and legal processes and conducting or assisting in assignment negotiations

Requirements
Requirements
Ideal candidates will need to have previous corporate finance advisory experience.
Originating, structuring corporate finance tractions.
Arabic language skill is an advantage.
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT CORPORATE FINANCE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CALLED FOR INTERVIEWS.
