Designing Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom and Vanity Furniture. Literacy of Windows applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point etc), Basic knowledge of Primavera, 20/20 design programme, conversant with Engineering Drawings, Quantity take off and costing, preparation of comparison data (specs & proposed), preparation of compliance statement, preparation of pre-qualification documents, quotation, preparation of show drawings (structural & architectural details), 3D and Rendering for presentation.

Degree Holders (Civil Engineering)/Diploma
Auto Cad
Literacy of Windows applications, basic knowledge in Primavera, 20/20 Design program, conversant with Engineering Drawings, Quantity take off and costing, preparation of comparison data, preparation of pre-qualification documents, quotation, preparation of show drawings (structural & architectural details), 3D & Rendering for presentation, Site Survey/Measurement, Good technical English correspondence with minimum 6 - 8 years experience. Gulf Driving licence an advantage.
