Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Djibouti
Excellent Salary Package: 30K to 50K
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to be based in Djibouti for the freight forwarding division.
Reporting to the General Manager, your primary role is to provide strategic direction and management to the customer relationship team, with the focus on developing excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the department to ensure excellent level of customer service provided
- Revise existing operational standards & procedures and /or develop new ones to improve operational efficiency and level of customer service
- Ensure optimum utilization of the IT system
- Ensure key clients have comprehensive account plans that include 'Service level agreements, standard operating procedures( with timeline) and key performance indicators
- Monitor and report key performance parameters
- Manage the customer relationship management team effectively (organizing work flow, building relevant skills, providing feedback)

Requirements
Requirements
- University graduate
- Minimum 5 years experience in CRM within the freight forwarding industry/ in a management role
- Must have extensive knowledge of customs procedure, export and import rules
- Excellent French and English communications skills -- written and oral
- Must have people management experience along with strong networking and leadership skills
