The Role


The Role


SALES :
Setting an example to the Sales Team by acting as the first Ambassador of the Brand to the customers.
Maintaining close and consistent relations with certain customers (VIPs, regular customers, etc.) and intervening personally when a sale falls under his/her competence.
Checking the presentation and appearance of the store in line with the Brand's representation criteria.
Solving the conflicts or commercial difficulties with the clientele.
Offering an after-sales service by following up repairs, deliveries and special orders.
Surveying the competitors' projects or events

MANAGEMENT :
Coordinating and motivating the team to provide a consistent level of service to customers.
Recruiting, integrating and training sales staff in terms of products and the art of selling.
Organizing the breakdown of tasks, fixing objectives, assessing the results of the sales team, proposing annual wage reviews.
Solving the possible conflicts or disputes within the Sales Team.
Running the store in compliance with the Company procedures.

OPERATIONS :
Drawing up and monitoring the budget in cooperation with the Sales Manager and other departments (finance, purchases, payroll, communication).
Achieving the monthly targets fixed within the framework of the operating account.
Optimizing the stock rotation.
Ensuring that the staff is working in safe conditions and inform them of preventive actions to take.
Giving a regular feedback of the business to the Sales Manager.

COMMUNICATION & PR :
Representing the Company to existing or potential customers in Bahrain by organizing events and opportunities to present our products.
Acting as the ambassador of the Brand to the customers and every other people that can interact with us.
Compiling a customer database and updating it permanently.
Proposing an annual store promotion plan.

Requirements


Requirements


University degree, preferred in business management.
Minimum experience of 3 years as a Store Manager in a Retail / Luxury environment.
Leadership, communication, time management and negotiation skills.
Fluent in read, written and spoken English.
Speaking Arabic is a plus.
Team player and friendly.
Smart presentation.
28 years old and above.
