The Role
The Role
Al Mana Fashion Group is a large retailer in Qatar. You will have to manage around 250 people working in around 20 stores in different malls of the country.
Ensure the effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures through leadership and expertise in HR.
Setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.
Provide professional advice and guidance to internal customers at all levels in the business on HR issues in order to ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are achieved and maintained.
Contribute to the development of overall HR strategy for the overall business which supports and enables the achievement of Company objectives.

Requirements
Requirements
University degree and/or professional qualifications.
5 to 7 years in a generalist HR role, with 3 years of managerial experience.
Decision making skills
People management skills
Good communication skills - written and verbal
Well developed interpersonal skills
Influencing skills
Bilingual in Arabic and English both orally and in writing would be an asset.
