The Role


The Role


Working within the corporate HR team, aiming to share best practice and drive consistency across the company in relation to: role profiles (ie.job descriptions), role grading, organisation structures, competencies and all aspects relating to organisation design.
Propose and deliver industry best practice process in relation to all aspects of organisation design.
Design the process, implement and monitor adherence throughout the Company.
Consult with Senior Management to agree the need for regional variations to corporate process whilst ensuring consistency of approach is maintained.
