Employment: Full Time

Leading provider of home and business media solutions are looking to recruit a number of sales trainers to join their rapidly expanding learning and development department. Focused on the existing sales staff, the position is focused on the development and enhancement of their skills base, with the goal of direct impact of sales performance and staff retention.

Requirements

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales trainer role, working with senior sales staff ideally within the telco industry. You will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of course design and delivery, needs identification and requirements capture with a clear strategy for review and analysis. As a trainer it is essential you demonstrate a pro-active and out going approach with clear written and verbal communications skills.

The role is paying between 25,000 and 30,000 AED + benefits
