If you are, then I have a great opportunity for you in an International Financial Services Company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to drive improvement and efficiency in the Client Services Unit. Working within the Service Excellence Coaching Team you will have the energy and confidence to build relationships, influence, coach/train and mentor to improve individual performance of business skills and to improve performance within individual teams across Client Services.

Requirements

The successful applicant must thrive on working as part of a team and be self motivated. This is a very practical hands on role which requires a strong desire to influence and drive change.

Skills Required:
- Coaching / Training with relevant business experience is essential.
- Effective questioning and active listening skills are essential.
- A relevant Coaching / training qualification would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the skill of giving and receiving constructive feedback.
