The RoleThe RoleDevelopment Managers - mixed use Salary -- Negotiable This Saudi based Real Estate Investment Group is a holding company established over 30 years ago which specialises in manufacturing precious metals and trading in jewellery. Six years ago they ventured into Land Development and Infrastructure and now are involved in Real Estate Development projects across the Middle East With 3,000 employees in the entire company they are rapidly now expanding in the Development areas and are seeking Development Managers. Responsibilities: Your main role will be to help develop Greenfield sites into ground breaking leisure and retail mix use projects involved in all aspects of the development, from site identification, feasibility study, through lease negotiations, design & build, to handover. You will be involved in the development process including conceiving commercially viable options, site evaluations, analysing market research, obtaining official approvals, overseeing/preparation of the outline and detail design, tender, construction, fitting out and equipment coordination through to handover. You will be involved in the management of national and internationally based consultants and contractors and be able to contribute to the preparation and controlling project budgets effectively and to maintain working projections to ensure that all projects meet or exceed their investment requirements with regard to time, quality and cost. Other duties include ensuring that the design is cost and operationally efficient and that the technical and performance specifications are achieved through to completion and handover and prepare and negotiate all legal contract and lease documentation to meet the necessary local and international legal protocols. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo qualify for this unique role, you be aged between 30 - 35 years old having development experience in a reputed organization and have the capability to manage a mixed use development project up to USD 75 million. You will be a qualified Architectural/Civil Engineer, with substantial experience of working in Project Developments and preferably have had previous experience of leisure and retail mix development. Arabic language very advantageous. |
