The RoleThe RoleWe have an exciting Regional role for a highly experienced FM/Support Services Manager for our rapidly growing business in the Middle East. The role provides specialist technical advice to a number of sites and liaises with International clients on FM/Support Services issues. This position is residential and open to candidates with families. The key responsibilities are: • Provide technical advice to Site Management teams on electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, and general maintenance issues. • Ensure international standards for scheduling, monitoring, recording and delivering planned and preventive maintenance are implemented on site. • Take a lead role in liaising with clients to understand their requirements and design appropriate solutions |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates must have: • A minimum of 10-15 years experience in similar work situations (not necessarily in the Middle East). • A degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, although Diplomas in the same field will also be considered. • Client relationship management, innovative thinking and interpersonal skills along with a strong emphasis on process and delivery are essential attributes for the role.
