JOB DESCRIPTION:
General : The Key Account Manager is responsible for the Sales and product related partnership for all key accounts in the specific product category.
Organizational Context : KAM is sales specialist for P&A. Role report to Business Development Director and has strong alignment with Customer Marketing Manager of P&A
Key Areas¡¦ of Responsibility (KAR)
„h Ensure sales targets per product per account are set & achieved
„h Deliver product specific growth plans, including cross-sell opportunities to Business Development Director
„h Commercially co-responsible for the partnership with the account from a product related point of view
„h Operationalizes and executes margin and pricing policies.
„h Provides product related content in relevant sales processes
„h Positions new concepts and promotional plans per customer for the specific product category in agreement with marketing ensuring an added value relationship with the account.
„h Gives product related training to Account Sales people and drives changes in new WOW
„h Ensure competition is actively benchmarked (inc. projections) and acted upon to stay competitive in the market place

Requirements

Bachelor degree level with business/commercial direction
3 ¡V 5 years of sales experience
Experience in/knowledge of market scenario¡¦s and competitors
Ability to manage multiple fast growing categories
Ability to build customer/distributor item
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong team player
Fluency in English & Arabic with strong communication skills is essential
Dynamic, young, vibrant, out-of-the-box lateral thinker, creative
