Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity with a large multinational company based in Dubai offering a competitive salary and benefits for the successful candidate

Support presales cardiac IT business in the MCR region using application knowledge and actively participate in the sales process.
Support promotion and sales of Cardiac IT products and solutions in the assigned territory.
Maximize customer satisfaction by running application training and workflow improvements.
„h Develop solutions for cardiac IT with regional IT sales specialist and solution design team.
„h Convert tender requirements and customer feedback to fit a solution out of Philips portfolio.
„h Promote Cardiac IT products, solutions and services in individual customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows working in close co operation with Distributors and other Philips approved sales channels.
„h Be able to demo clinical IT applications (especially cardiac echo,cath and NM).
„h Cooperate closely with Account Managers for business with the strategic accounts in the territory. Ensure results are reached according to account plans.
„h Support the Cardiac Ultrasound and CV Sales Specialists with advice for IT solutions together with modality sales.
„h For all non-strategic accounts drive the identification and qualification of sales leads. Develop the concept of the digital echo lab with installed base customers outside of echo machine procurement cycles. Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to close deals.
„h Maximize Cardiac IT business in the territory
„h Maintain a customer install base info and track of customer satisfaction levels.
„h Participate in the sales district planning exercise. Provide information about market trends, competitor¡¦s sales practices and potential projects.
„h Make careful use of demo-equipment. Ensure that loan-units are returned in a timely manner.
„h Cooperate with Customer Support and Sales Administration and exchange all relevant information about products, services and customer needs.
„h Work with Marcom Specialist to optimize new products launches.
„h Provide customer feedback using the relevant PMS processes.

BL results in territory (order-intake, gross margin)

Customer satisfaction in application

Requirements

Education
Medical background, university level preferred
Practical experience
Application/Selling /or clinical field experience in Medical market. Hospital IT department or Cardiology department. The person must be commercially minded (previous sales experience a distinct advantage), able to understand workflow in cardiology (especially cath/echo), able to demonstrate broad range of cardiac clinical applications (especially cath/echo) and measurements and have an interest and aptitude for IT. The person needs to be articulate, confident and capable of working with the minimum of day-to-day supervision .
