Employment: Full Time

A great opportunity with a large Multinational Pharmaceutical company based in Dubai offering up to 14k AED basis + 85k AED housing

This position will ensure handling of the sales orders between agent and supply point through well coordination of logistics for invoicing and shipping requirements. It secures well coordination of the logistics function between different parties i.e. agents, supply point and sales management, while ensuring that all company policies are adhered to.
Ensures appropriate level of inventory, smooth supply to customers and meeting all regulatory requirements.

Handling the forecasting system with supply point/ manufacturers.
Handling sales orders between agent & supply point.
Coordination of logistics for invoicing & shipping requirements.
Handling logistics issues related to tender business, delivery delays, approvals, general tender requirements.
Coordinate the logistics function between different parties i.e. agents, supply point and sales management.
Control of inventory at the agent¡¦s level.
Compliance to regulatory requirements.
Coordinate all administrative activities for his area of operation and ensures that all Company policies/practices are adhered to.
In-market sales analysis.
Handling tender business; delivery delays, approvals, general tender requirements as well as assisting in the process of pricing.
Coordination of the required pricing approval for LPO¡¦s and tender business; obtaining pricing rational from sales management, history of price awards, follow-up on other requirements, profitability, pricing policy and management approval.
Assist the business management in the development of sales target, forecast and budgeting.

Tasks are performed under the general direction of the Sales & Logistics Manager; however the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of the market.

ASSESSMENT APPROACH/TOOLS:
English language assessment and PC practical assessment.

Job Description

Responsible to manage supplying our products to all our customers in the 7 countries of the Gulf area which comprises 21 agents as well as Institution customers.
Ensures appropriate level of inventory, smooth supply to customers and meeting all regulatory requirements.
Forecast for production.
Supply logistics, shipping documentation and other regulations.
Handling tender business, as well as assisting in the process of pricing.
Assist the business management in the development of sales target, forecast and budgeting.

Supply Chain Function in MER

The Supply Chain function is responsible to supply our products to 14 countries in the Middle East Region. Total number of Agents is 39 out of which 21 are in the Gulf area as well as Institution customers.

Structure

The Logistics Department in the Middle East Region is reporting to the Finance Director. For The Middle East and Egypt the team the functions is headed by the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager based in Middle East regional office located in Cairo. A team of 3 persons acting as Sales Logistics Coordinators each based in their respective Markets; 1 in the Gulf based in Dubai, 1 for Levant based in Beirut and 1 for Egypt based in Cairo.

„h Coordination of the required pricing approval for LPO¡¦s (local purchase orders) and tender business; obtaining pricing rational from sales management, history of price awards, follow-up on other requirements, profitability, pricing policy and management approval.
„h Assist the business management in the development of sales target, forecast and budgeting.

Requirements

Essential-Personal Qualifications
o University Graduate (Post graduate study is a plus).
o Minimum of 2 years experience in the Pharmaceutical field or 3 to 4 years in other fields.
o Perfect mastering of English language (spoken and written).
o Excellent computer skills (Excel is a must)
o Well-developed written and oral communication and negotiations skills
o Logical reasoning skills and good judgment.
o Hard working and well organized.
o Analytical skills, good judgment and ability to make decisions

Job Prerequisites
