This is a 1 year fixed term contract based in Bahrain with a MNC. Required: 10+ years professional Financial Services experience, several years spent in Customer Services.Previous experience with Contact Centre implementation projects in a business role, 3 -- 5 years.Implementation experience of IVR, Call Monitoring, PBX, Predictive Dialler, CTI, Analytics, Workforce Scheduling. Business requirements specification experience, business analysis experience essential. Business project management experience, sound track record in managing the implementation of Contact Centres on time and within budget; Contact Centre migration experience essential. Experienced in working with and managing external vendors, such as IT vendors. Experienced with UAT of Contact Centre implementations (planning, strategy, management of execution, designing test scripts and test scenarios). Preparation of relevant project documentation for Contact Centre implementations.

Experience with the following Financial Services Contact Centre business functions preferred: Telephone Servicing Centre, Customer Welcome Unit, Customer Retention, Premium Product Customers, Credit Risk Department, Authorisations, Corporate Customers, Complaints Tracking.
Salary - $130 -$140k (annual) + Car + Annual Leave
