Leasing Manager 35,000AED-40,000AED + Excellent Benefits

This organization is Dubai's focal point of business interaction within the Middle East. They are urgently seeking to recruit a seasoned Leasing Manager for their exciting up and coming Commercial developments. It is VITAL you will have experience of leasing Grade A1 Commercial Offices and knowledge of "Fortune 500" and implementing these leasing strategies. You will be responsible for handling the accounts - the negotiations, transactions and closing deals.

Responsibilities of the Leasing manager

Reviews, manages and negotiates lease documents, including business terms and dates. Manages a multi-market network of outside brokers. Interfaces with landlords, developers, attorneys, franchisees and other retailers on a regular basis. Maintains professional business relationships with key owners, landlords and developers. Partners with internal management: Executive Team, Legal, Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Operations departments. Assists in developing new store strategies for selected markets.
Evaluates potential markets, including field research and prepares summaries and recommendations.
Prepares and performs presentations at Real Estate Committee meetings. Represents Things Remembered at industry professional meetings. Identification of strategies to maximise rental income and enhance investment value by negotiating new leases and renewing existing leases Develop, update and present weekly and monthly leasing reports to the GM. Management of rent reviews, lease renewals, lease surrenders, sub - lettings or assignments, refurbishments and tenant liaisons

Requirements

To qualify for this exciting role you will hold a Degree/MBA in Investments or Finance with approx 10 years experience in similar roles. You will have Fortune 500 experience preferably from New York and a solid background in Leasing Grade A1 Commercial offices, some retail experience is advantageous but not required.
