SBM is looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst/Consultant for their IT-Banking sector to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires explicit knowledge of the Banking and financing industry in the region.

Requirements
In depth Business Analysis, business requirements gathering, documentation
To provide consultancy on banking subjects.
Good knowledge of CRM, Data Warehouse and other new concepts in banking customer experience improvement initiatives.
Knowledge and appreciation of banking Risk compliance matters
Ability to relate new global banking trends to offering in Saudi Arabia
Knowledge of payments systems and eCommerce in banking.
Excellent Client relationship management experience.
The ideal candidate will be a demonstrated leader and have
At least 8 years of proven track record as a business analyst, relationship manager in the banking domain.
In depth knowledge of the Banking Domain from a Techno-Commercial angle.
Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
Basic Project Management and team building skills.
Project Documentation preparation experience.
Sound knowledge and experience in Business Analysis tools, Business Modeling, Workflow Analysis.
