Our Client is currently looking for a Business Development Manager in their products - Ultra High Pressure Pumps division.
Responsible for ensuring that our client develops a competent UHP Sales and Service capability in all locations. Supporting our clients operating centres, selling approved products and services including Industrial UHP's and Products. Establishing and maintaining relationships with product suppliers and define operating processes and procedures for UHP sales and Service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To establish UHP Business development processes
Create UHP Sales and Operational Procedures
Monitor Operating Centre compliance with Clients UHP Processes and procedures.
Ensure processes are equivalent in all locations.
Develop and implement corporate Marketing strategy for Product range.
Establish and maintain relationships with UHP and related products suppliers
Offer full range of Sales and Marketing support for operating centres
Manage corporate support team for UHP products Sales and Services
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards#
Monitor and report on QHSE Compliance for UHP activities
Assist logistics department to maintain optimum central distribution stock levels of UHP related products
Other managerial duties associated with successful development of client's products range.
Excellent knowledge of Ultra High Pressure Pumps and products.
Excellent Basic Salary plus commission and benefits

Track record of success in business development of products and services
Ability to generate and document processes and procedures
Thorough knowledge of marketing industrial UHP Products in International Markets
Experience in Managing a Sales support Team for UHP, quotation and project management
Knowledge of the international UHP standards
Commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.
