One of the large real estate developers is looking for an experienced professional to join their Research and Development division.
Overview:
- to assist Project Manager in accumulating and coordinating market and project information
- to undertake market research required by projects teams for recommendations of product mix, pricing and competition
- to produce regular R&D bulletin
- to assist in writing briefs for the commissioning of research work by consultants
- coordinate work in between departments
- creation and maintenance of R&D base
- provide quality reports within required timeframe

- degree qualified
- vast knowledge in property development
- knowledge and experience in marketing or advertising highly desired
