The Role
Objective: Creative Interior Architect ( Commercial Office Interiors )
Main responsibilities : The candidate must understand corporate interiors, space planning and construction detailing. The candidate will be expected to work with the design manager and creative manager to develop the clients brief in sufficient detail to be documented by the CAD team. The candidate will also be expected to meet with clients and discuss all aspects of design and corporate interiors.
Reporting to : Design Manager and Creative Manager
Subordinates : CAD Manager
Other interactions : General Manager
Number required : 1
Duration : Annual contract
Desired start date : ASAP
Probation : 3 months
Working hours : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Travel requirements : minimal
Gross monthly base salary : AED 15,000 to 17,000 / month tax free
Commission / Bonus : Annual bonus based on performance

Requirements
University qualifications : Architectural interior Degree (from recognised University or College)
Previous experience : 5 to 10 years ( preferably GCC experience )
Specialist knowledge : AutoCAD , Microsoft Office
Other Skills : Good with people
