The Role
As a global firm of executive search consultants, we are looking for someone to join our existing research team as a Research Associate. The role will involve:
- Gathering information on industry sectors, companies and individuals across the Middle East and globally
- Developing detailed knowledge of industries and companies, position functions and industry players
- Communicating verbally and in writing with senior executives worldwide
- Identifying appropriate individuals in target companies globally
- Telephone briefing and screening of candidates

Requirements
Requirements
- A university graduate
- Ideally with a background in executive search, recruitment, human resources or research
- Good telephone communication skills
- Minimum of two years work experience
- Outstanding Internet research skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Fluency in Arabic would be ideal but not essential
- MUST be resident in Dubai
