The Role


Main Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring that all brands / projects under his/her control achieve their agreed objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Planning
- Prepare Annual and Long term plans for the brand and projects

2. Briefing and Implementation

A. Marketing Research

B. Product / Packaging Development

C. Advertising

D. Promotion / Merchandising

E. Control

F. Monitoring
- Brand elements
- Brand Data

Key Competencies:

Global Mindset: Welling and capable of working with regional & global teams on the brand. Ability to make the best out of available global resources.

Action not Debate: an action oriented person who cares more about winning in the market than winning an internal debate. Active and decisive in his decisions.

Team alignment: Can work with cross functional teams. Ability to motivate, align, and lead different teams internally and externally.

Professional Skills:
University graduate, Bachelor degree holder.

Experience Required:

A minimum of two to three years of relevant marketing experience as a brand manager in a local or multinational company.

Travel:

The job requires frequent traveling within the GCC.
