The RoleThe RoleDirector of Investment Banking Basic: Negotiable + full relocation package + benefits + bonus My client are a leading Investment Bank in the GCC area with an enviable reputation in the IB industry and have won many awards. They have for the past few years been expanding into the wider MENA region. As of this year they are conducting business across Europe and also going into North America. Due to internally movement they have a requirement for an experienced Investment Banker to be Director of Investment Banking for the GCC region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the growth strategy for IB team covering;all M&A, ECM,DCM and IPO transactions in the region. Reporting directly to the CEO the role will be autonomous and the incumbent will be responsible for developing their team . Ideal candidates will have extensive Investment banking experience. Particularly in origination of M&A,ECM,DCM and IPOs Arabic language skills is an advantage. Candidates must have experience of doing deals in the region. |
RequirementsRequirementsMust have 10 years investment banking experience. Proven track record of managing team with excellent track record. Degree educated with strong personality and presence. Ideally will have experience in the region. |
