The RoleThe RoleA leading Dubai based Property & Real Estate company, our client has recently established a new division to provide Strategic Asset Management services to its rapidly growing portfolio. With a core focus on Property Management, Project Management, Hospitality and Investment related services, the platform for growth has been set. Reporting to the Director or Marketing & Corporate Communications, you will be responsible to developing and executing marketing strategy, using all of the tools in the marketing mix. You will lead a team and manage a sizable budget to develop a world class brand. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with 5+ Years experience in a Marketing Management role. A track record in developing and executing strategy and the ability to lead a team and work in a growing environment will be rewarded with long term career opportunities. |
