Job description / Role
1) Will work with Reliability Project Team.
2) Responsible for sitting up a process of “Plant De-Bottleneck” for all SABIC Plants.
3) Responsible for follow up the process activity, reporting effectiveness and updating the procedure.
Requirements
1) BS in Engineering
2) 15 years experience in Petrochemical Plants, Refineries, Metals or similar process industry.
3) 5-10 years in Project Engineering field
4) Experience in identifying and execution the new plant requirements (Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering).
5) Experience in identifying existence plant capacity improvement windows (Plant De-Bottleneck Process).
6) Able to manage and execute work steam activity and teams.
7) Excellent in Leadership.
8) Good People Management skills.
9) Computer literate & excellent in oral & written English.
