Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Evaluating the techno-economic aspects of new business opportunities and projects;

• Assisting the finance team in the creation of feasibility studies and business models;

• Co-ordinating with the SBU's with regard to the technical aspects of projects;

• Involvement in project due diligence from a technical and commercial perspective;

• Assist in negotiations, and liaising with third party services providers (eg. technical consultants, investment banks etc);

• Preparation of information memorandums, project reports and making presentations to management

• Identify new business opportunities for the Company;

Requirements

• Have a degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university. A Masters degree would be an advantage;

• At least 10 years work experience (post qualification) in a related field.

• Have knowledge of finance, especially in the preparation of feasibility studies, business models and business plans. Experience working in an investment bank, or in the advisory unit of a Big 4 accounting firm would be an advantage;

• Age range 35 - 45 years;

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;

• Overseas work exposure, or working in a multinational organization would be an advantage;
