The RoleThe RoleEssential Functions: 1.) Provide Transmission Network Planning such as LOS survey, Path survey (by SW Path Loss Network Management System planning, frequency planning, MUX plan, Synchronization plan, Equipment plan etc; 2.) Training and Developing local staff to perform in the planning skill such as able to work with Path loss 4 Software, able to do line of sight survey and able to make Mux plan(E1 planning) etc; 3.) Assist to recruit/ select and evaluate subcontractor for LOS survey according with back ground, qualification and performance before and after finish the job. 4.) Assist to control bidding proposal, RFQ, compare technical specification for every Transmission supplier. 5.) Assist coordinate and control SAR and TSSR process and make sure PM build the new tower according to correct Transmission planning information |
RequirementsRequirementsKnowledge/Skills Required: 1. Have over 8 years experience in Transmission planning for GSM Network and have Knowledge in all topics about transmission and GSM network (PCM, multiplexing PDH, SDH, optical fiber and PDH and SDH Radio Transmission) to evaluate and analyze different transmission projects, alone or in group. 2. Familiar with all Planning tool such as Path loss4 etc; 3. Able to work under pressure 4. Knowledge in project managing and roll out control. 5. Strong in Training skill such as able to provide course by alone and good to provide on the job training with local staff |
