Job description / Role
PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS FOR A SKILLED PRIMA VERA OPERATOR WITH MEP EXPERIENCE
WE WILL PAY TOP RATE TO SOMEONE WITH THAT EXPERIENCE
To set up a full time planning role in the company
Will be responsible for doing the planning work.
Be located at site or in the office.
Set up the master plan for MEP works on various projects
Work closely with site managers to implement specific programmes for their works.
Train other project staff in the use of Primavera on the site.
Prepare programmes of works and planning control schedules
Liaise with main contractor's Planner and match the two programmes
Prepare the financial plan based on expected work progress.
Update the works programme weekly and issue weekly reports to the main contractor
Check our resources on site and compare with weekly reports.
Prepare time and cost estimates in monthly progress report (MPR)
Record Contractor's daily progress report
Prepare completed work schedules for MPR and check on site with main contractor planner.
When necessary prepare and issue work instructions based on work completed modules at least twice week.
Requirements
Preferably mechanical or electrical degree
Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Planner
Excellent skills in Primavera P3 or higher
Skills in MEP Planning - High Rise Buildings, Schools, Malls etc.
Gulf Experience is an advantage
