Job description / Role
Candidate will provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team. His / her role will include:
· Preparing HR files and entering information into the SAP system
· Processing leave applications for all employees
· Preparing service certificates, and correspondence in both English and Arabic
· Preparing and issuing monthly HR reports
· Providing service to all Borouge employees on HR matters
Requirements
Ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in business administration -- degree preferred, Good customer service skills, 3 years experience in a Personnel function in a large organization
Excellent English and Arabic (writing)
V. Good Knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint -- SAP knowledge advantage
Possess good Communication & Interpersonal skills
