Responsibilities
Manage the corporate bank's main product offerings (credit/non-credit/transactional) to maximize profitability.

Develop & implement new products to address the needs and behaviour of priority segments, based on internally tested hypotheses, primary research and relative size of opportunity, to garner new revenue sources.

Facilitate the Credit Management Group's efforts in the formulation of appropriate product policies/procedures/ceilings/hurdle rates to improve efficiencies in booking fresh business within CBG from the main product lines.

Liaise and interface with the Business Support Group in matters involving technology systems and operational processes & procedures, leading to improved turnaround times/service levels.

Requirements

The right candidate for this role will come from a commercial/retail banking background, with extensive experience in product management & development.

He or she will have experience of developing new banking products and managing existing product lines, as well as experience in product policies and procedures.
