We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Architectural Review to be based in Dubai.
The person:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering and a number of years in practice, preferably with international consulting firms You will also have the ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks along with strong communication and presentation skills including fluent written and spoken English is also essential.
Role/Responsibilities:
Because of Nakheel's continued success, they are now recruiting for a number of key roles, including a Senior Manager - Architectural Review. Your key responsibilities include providing architectural design leadership through the development of architectural concept designs, reviewing and approval of architectural concepts, schematics, plans and drawings, development and review of architectural design guidelines, preparation of visual impact assessments, preparation of formal review documents and coordination with international and local architectural consultants.
