Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to make a difference by being responsible for initiating, leading and driving change through all areas of Client Services ensuring at all times to think customer.

There will be people management responsibility including matrix management responsibility for the Performance Coaches in Dubai.

Requirements

you will have 3-5 years Customer Service Management experience, ideally within Insurance and have worked for a Multi National company.

you should have a strong customer centre approach, fully supportive of service excellent culture and seen as a role model.

Good people management and leadership skills are required as well as good presentational skills.
