Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is Dubai's fastest growing e-marketing agency, offering relationship-marketing services that include strategy, online media planning and buying, creative and web development and customised back end solutions, database building, results analysis, and full campaign management using its in-house measurement and reporting platform.

As a member of the client servicing team, the account manager will manage key client accounts.

Responsibilities

Organize and attend client meetings to receive and discuss campaigns and/or websites brief.
Propose web strategy and tactics following stated objectives.
Liaise with media department to develop web plan (selection of portals to advertise with) and recommend to client if required.
Liaise with design and programming team during campaign execution and/or website's development phase (i.e. brief the team about the design of the ads, emails, website/micro-site following the client or the brand identity guidelines, content requirements, site structure, follow-up translation into Arabic of the content, recommended animation, coding needs following the campaign process, testing).
Follow-up with the client at every stage to receive approvals and move to next step.
Follow-up campaign deliveries, measure results with 121metrics software, recommend changes if needed, produce final report to present to the client.
Quality control and testing of website.
Manage and update client's database (if required).
Recommend further website's activities, campaigns and promotions etc...
You must have a strong web/interactive background
