Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Strategic Consulting is primarily focused on advising leading Developer / Investor clients on large, complex, mixed use real estate development projects throughout the Middle East and North Africa. The recently opened Abu Dhabi office concentrates on clients based and active in the Abu Dhabi market and works in close collaboration with the Dubai-based teams.

Abu Dhabi, while still a few years behind the explosive Dubai real estate market has its own highly ambitious real estate development programme. It also has the benefit of being one of the wealthiest Emirates in the UAE. Approximately 25% of the activities of the Jones Lang LaSalle MENA business are currently in Abu Dhabi.


Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to clients
• Preparing feasibility studies, involving:
o Market research
o Cash flow analysis
o Financial modelling
o Development advice
• Manage the delivery of client assignments on time, quality and profitability
• Compile assignment specific primary and secondary research
• Produce insightful, relevant analysis
• Consolidate market studies and financial projections and draw conclusions
• Prepare project development briefs and economic land use reports

Requirements

• University Degree with a specialization in Real Estate
• Excellent research, report writing and analytical skills
• Minimum 3 years of financial and development experience in Real Estate consulting or development
• Strong financial modelling and Real Estate finance skills
• Experience in Real Estate market analysis, development and finance
• Experience in Retail and Industrial sectors is a plus
• Excellent command of English Language (speaking, reading and writing), command of Arabic and/or French Language (speaking, reading and/or writing) is a plus
