Retail Leasing Manager

The Company:

With an impressive portfolio of international fashion brands including mass market & premium men's & ladies this local license / brand manager who has extensive growth plans forecast for the next 3 years+ within the Middle East region. As part of this growth they now require a seasoned RETAIL LEASING & PROPERTY MANAGER who will be tasked negotiating key retail space throughout new and existing mall operators in the Middle East.


The role:

• You will be responsible for entire portfolio of retail stores for the company based in their head office in Dubai
• Tasked with searching for new retail leasing space to deliver the aggressive growth plans the business has for growth
• Negotiation of prime sites within new mall developments
• Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for lease renewals and terms of costs, contracts etc.
• Working with 3rd party legal advisers on contracts as required

Requirements

Your background:

• Minimum of 4 years commercial experience of managing retail real estate management from a retail perspective
• A minimum of 12 months relevant Middle East experience
• Good understanding of the Middle East Mall operators
• Although a degree is well regarded the commercial experience is more critical is this role
• A good understanding of lease negotiations, contracts terms and renewals
• Strong negotiator, presentation and communication skills
