Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Prepares the annual department budget by incorporating the operating expenses of the Sales and Customer Service departments.
2. Establishes the policies and procedures manual to the overseen departments, and monitors their ongoing implementation and compliance. Incorporates all changes upon their occurrence, and ensures clear communication of those changes to the relevant departments.
3. Develops and sets the company sales strategy, discusses it with the Commercial Director for final approval. Cascades down KAPCI sales objectives to the sales team and monitors their timely implementation whilst ensuring quality compliance of their performance.
4. Cooperates with the Finance Manager to set the strategy for payment and credit limits. Submits credit strategy to the Commercial Director for review and approval, and ensures compliance of the sales force to the approved strategy.
5. Meets with the Marketing Manager to discuss and prepare the yearly sales plan with the input obtained from the field sales force. Submits the plan to the Commercial Director for review and final approval. Meets on monthly basis with the Marketing Manager to follow-up and update the plan and apply any changes, if need be. Ensures the changes are formally communicated to the Commercial Director.
6. Sets the sales "Product Order Release" and "Product Return" policies and ensures the compliance to the set policy.
7. Sets the standards and performance measures of the Sales department in line with KAPCI strategic direction, and monitors the actual department performance against the targeted performance measures.
8. Ensures ongoing export studies are taking place within the approved budgets, and their compliance with the market research results.
9. Reviews Sales and Customer service reports and ensures that all corrective actions are taken and implemented.
10. Provides input to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager during the preparation of the stock level policy and Reviews stock level on daily basis, to check availability of stock versus actual order placement.

Requirements

1. At least 10 years in managerial level in Car Refinishes companies like Dupont, Sikkens and PPG.

We were producing Nitrocellulose car refinish till 1996 when we introduced to the Egyptian market the most successful 2 component acrylic polyurethane colour mix system for car refinish based on our own know-how.

Kapci holds a market share of more than 80% of the local car refinishes in Egypt.

Kapci produces a wide range of Clear coats, Hardeners, Fillers, Thinners, putties, Adprimers.

In addition to Kapci unique Car Refinish system, Kapci produces decorative paints and wood finishes.
