Job description / Role

Strategic Consulting is a core division within JLL which encompasses assessment of all core real estate asset classes including residential, retail, hotels, serviced apartments, office, entertainment, marina, golf course and industrial.
The services that are provided include conducting feasibility studies, development studies, property valuations, strategic advisory, business plans, real estate development strategy and urban regeneration studies amongst others.

The role will involve supporting managers and associates on the diverse assignments that are undertaken by the firm. It is expected that the individual will gain experience by working on diverse geographical markets as well as on different asset classes. This is an entry level support role which will allow the individual to hone his/her skills in the real estate field prior to handling assignments independently.


Responsibilities

• Conduct, Analyse & Document Market Research
• Create Financial Models & Conduct Financial Analysis
• Assist in the drafting and completion of reports
• Prepare Proposals

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in real estate, finance, business, accounting or economics
• 1-2 years work experience in a related field
• General understanding of basic finance & accounting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Strong skills in Ms Word & PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
