The Role


The Role

A full-time position for Senior Application Developer with more than 5 years of object-oriented programming experience in Microsoft.Net application.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong knowledge of web and Desktop programming as well as strong general programming skill.
A Senior Application Developer must be able to mentor junior team members and have a deep understanding of requirements gathering, O.O. design and system architecture.
Candidates must also have a strong understanding of development methods and have project-based experience applying these methods.
Candidates must also possess independent/Team work habits, and must have strong written and verbal skills.
Candidates also should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities and well as a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
You will be programming using PLSQL, C#, and .NET on both SQL Server and Oracle platforms.
Testing and documenting pre-implementation specifications and manuals for application/project implementation.

Requirements


Requirements

1. B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
2. Not less than 5 years experience.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Good technical documentation skills.
5. Experience in financial applications is a plus (Like Oracle E-Business).
6. Minimum of 5 to 6 years experience of hands-on development in C#.
7. Minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on web and desktop application development.
8. Significant experience with Visual Studio 2005.
9. Expertise in development using Web services, IIS Administration, Microsoft.Net Technologies both software and Hardware.
10. Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming.
11. Expertise in programming languages like C#, XML.
12. Good technical documentation skills
13. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently.
14. Excellent Command of English both written and verbal
15. Team Player
16. Must work with a multi-national environment
