Job description / Role
Operate, maintain and update ISP architecture.
Ensure ISP architecture compliant with all security, resilience and availability expected from a service provider.
Ensure continuous smooth operation of the ISP, correct ISP failure and outages.
Ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction in term of quality of network.
Plan integration of new services in to common ISP.
Benchmark ISP operation with performance of top European and US service providers.
Review proposal for technology upgrade, involve in its implementation.
Provide input in tender/vendor evaluation, technology evaluation.
Requirements
7 years experience preferably in telecom environment out of which at least 3 years in ISP operation. Excellent knowledge of data products Sound technology background on data switching and ISP network. Knowledge of ISP architecture, back bone platforms, operating system, narrow and broad bands. Degree in engineering or equivalent is essential.
