RequirementsRequirementsIn-house Lawyer with 3-5 years PQE required by my Dubai based client. You will have experience having worked in asset management firms/ hedge funds of repute or international standing. You will be experienced in the establishment of mutual / open-ended funds for the institutional and retail markets; further, you will have knowledge of regulatory & compliance requirements of funds / asset management in major fund jurisdictions (UCITS, US, Jersey, Cayman etc.) |
