The Senior Client Operations/ Trainer role is responsible for Client service delivery including implementation, project management and supporting ongoing account management.

Additional Responsibilities for this role will include:

- Provide project management resources to ensure effective implementation of the Aconex system during the start-up project phase
- Identify training needs and tailor training solutions/ follow up sessions
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge across all modules of the Aconex system in order to troubleshoot and train effectively
- Provide new feature training as software upgrades are released
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
- Work with key parts of the business to provide good account management practice
- Support sales demonstrations
- Respond in a timely manner to customer enquiries, and ensure that the appropriate response / action is delivered
- Work closely with the Client Operations and Sales team to promote teamwork and collaboration
- Use administrative and relationship management tools to record, manage daily activities and report on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Gather feedback from Clients about the Aconex system in order to provide input into product development
- Seek leads and referrals for the Sales/ Business Development team

- Excellent computer literacy with a variety of software packages
- Good general understanding of the Internet and experience in its use
- Fluent speaker of the Arabic and English Language

Desirable:

- Cert IV Assessment and Workplace Training (or equivalent)
- Construction, resources industry, project management experience
- Account Management experience
- Experience in technical trouble shooting/problem solving
- Previous experience using Aconex would be highly regarded
