Our Client is an internationally recognized Dubai based group of companies, whose vision and pioneering concepts has changed the face of shopping, entertainment and leisure in the Middle East. They have 4 new projects about to commence in Egypt, one of which is a large super regional mall.
Reporting to the VP of Project Management, you will be responsible for leading a small team of internal PM staff for projects undertaken in house. You will support the VP PM in respect of all Project Management matters and monitor and interface with external Project Management Consultants on major projects. You will ensure compliance with our clients standards of quality and safety and liaise with internal and external Commercial Managers. You will ensure project delivery in accordance with Development, Asset Management and Retail Delivery department's objectives.
You will posses a Degree standard qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum ten years experience in a similar role preferably in a Retail environment. Ideally you will have membership of a suitable professional institution or higher degree qualification, be fluent in English and be Fully conversant with FIDIC Forms of contract. You must also be fully computer literate in relevant PCS systems. Ideally you will also have substantial previous experience in the MENA Region.
