The RoleThe RoleUS$ 100 - 150k Tax free + furnished housing or allowances + car + family tickets + family benefits + schooling +bonus + + Our Client is an internationally recognized Dubai based group of companies, whose vision and pioneering concepts has changed the face of shopping, entertainment and leisure in the Middle East. They have 4 new projects about to commence in Egypt, one of which is a large super regional mall. Reporting to the VP of Project Management, you will be responsible for leading the in house function of Commercial Management. Support the VP PM in respect of all Contract Administration, cost, contract and commercial matters, monitor and interface with external Cost and Project Management Consultants, ensure compliance with our clients contract standards and budgetary requirements, ensure best practice and value for money is achieved, ensure high standards of fiscal and contractual governance are maintained and administer all claims and contract matters on behalf of our client in conjunction with external consultants. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo qualify, you will posses a Degree standard qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum ten years experience in a similar role preferably in a Retail environment. Ideally you will have membership of a suitable professional institution or higher degree qualification, be fully conversant with FIDIC Forms of contract and be fully computer literate in relevant PCS systems. Ideally you will also have substantial previous experience in the MENA Region |
