The RoleThe Role• Managing teams of professionals who are working on the assigned engagements. • Manage the deliverables prepared by the team for subsequent review by the engagement manager. • Provide technical expertise to ensure the assigned engagements are conducted to an appropriate standard. • Act as a team leader and be able to both motivate and develop the people in his or her teams. |
RequirementsRequirements• A qualified accountant -- ideally CA or CPA or ACCA, although other qualifications will be considered. • Have a minimum of two years experience in corporate tax service line in a top 10 firm OR extensive knowledge of tax laws gained while working in other firms although other qualifications will be considered. • Experience of managing engagements to ensure high quality deliverables are produced on a timely basis and within budget. • A mature and flexible personality and the ability to work well in teams. • Experience in a Big Four professional services firm would be an advantage. |
