The Role
The Role
One of Dubai's leading property development companies is currently seeking a Senior Property Manager with Resort experience for their latest development in Oman and/or Morocco. You will be responsible for the property management of this major resort and contributing with input throughout the design and development period which is at construction stage, as well as dealing with all aspects of regular property management, i.e. maintenance and security etc.
This exciting position is open immediately and the successful candidate will commence their contract with a 2 month induction period in Dubai before moving to Oman.

Requirements
To qualify for this Senior role you must have a minimum of 15 yrs Property Management Experience with a background in Resorts. This is an excellent opportunity with a salary to match of 45,000 AED + Tax Free + Benefits.
